在研究液压同步提升打捞过程中,根据沉船在扳正和提升时的受力特点,建立扳正、提升、出水三个状态下的沉船受力力学模型.以一艘沉船为例,通过GHS软件的多体模块进行仿真分析,模拟出沉船与驳船之间的相互作用,计算出扳正过程中搁坐力变化情况、打捞过程中各阶段不同位置处的钢丝绳提升力变化情况,以及沉船船体纵向最大剪力与纵向最大弯矩在打捞过程中的变化情况.研究发现,沉船的位姿变化、重量分布,以及搁坐点和提升点的位置会对提升力产生影响.此外,随着打捞过程的进行,沉船船体所受最大剪力与最大弯矩不断增大.
In study of hydraulic synchronizing lifting salvage,the mechanical model of the shipwreck under the three conditions( uprighting,lifting and coming out) was established according to the characteristics of uprighting and lifting. Taking a shipwreck as an example,the interaction between the shipwreck and barges was simulated by the multi-body module of GHS,as well as the changes of grounding forces, lifting forces,the maximum longitudinal shear and maximum longitudinal bending moment. Research show that the pose change of shipwreck,the weight distribution,the positions of grounding points and lifting points will have an impact on the lifting forces. In addition,the maximum shear and maximum bending moment will increase during the salvage.
