针对监测站迫切需要升级现有信息系统,实现流域水质监测质量控制与数据管理的需求,本文提出了利用ArcGIS Flex API,ArcSDE,ArcGIS Server等ArcGIS技术,ASP.NET及数据库技术集成开发"流域水质监测系统"的方法。对系统技术架构、功能及数据库进行了设计,在系统实现过程中提出了基于数据共享、Web Service与网页链接等技术的MIS与GIS的集成方法,利用SQL语句直接访问ArcSDE空间数据来维护数据一致性的方法,以及基于数据库触发器及ArcSDE版本注册的空间数据自动更新方法。实验结果表明,新系统可以提高监测信息的准确性、可视性和时效性。
In the purposes of updating the existing information system,and implementing quality control of watershed's water quality monitoring and data management. The method of developing"Watershed Water Quality Monitoring System"is proposed,which adopts the integration technologies of ArcGIS,ASP. NET and database. The technical architecture,the system functions and the database are designed,and the system is accomplished. The methods of integrating MIS and WebGIS based on technologies of data sharing,Web Service call and page link are presented,proposes the method of guaranteeing data consistency by using SQL sentence to access ArcSDE spatial data,and put forwards the automatic updating method of spatial data based on technologies of database trigger and ArcSDE version register. The experiment results show that the new system can improve the accuracy,visuality and real- time of the monitoring information.
