采用模压法成功制备了薄型微孔聚碳酸酯(PC)片材,研究了加工参数(发泡时间、发泡压力和发泡温度)对泡孔性能的影响,结果表明:泡孔尺寸随发泡时间的延长先减小后增大,随发泡压力的增加而减小,随发泡温度的增加而增大;泡孔密度的变化趋势随与泡孔尺寸的变化趋势相反;相对密度则随加工参数的增加而降低。通过比较各加工参数对泡孔性能的影响,可以发现发泡时间对微孔PC片材泡孔性能影响最大,且最佳的发泡时间约为8min。
Cellular PC sheet was successfully prepared by means of compression molding. The effects of processing parameters, such as foaming time, foaming pressure and foaming temperature, on the cellular properties were studied. The results showed the cell dimension decreased at first and then increased with the prolongation of the foaming time, decreased with the increase of the foaming pressure, and increased with the rise of the foaming temperature; the change trend of the cell density was contrary to that of cell dimension; the relative density decreased with the increase of processing parameters. By the comparison of the effects of different processing parameters on the cellular property, it could be found out the foaming time had the most important effect on the cellular property of cellular PC sheet, and the optimum foaming time was about 8 rain.
