在分析现有干燥室壳体框架结构的基础上,提出改善壳体框架部分散热方案,并对各方案进行测试验证。其中在设定干燥箱温度为80℃时,优化后框架结构与现有壳体框架结构相比,每平方米框架肋每小时减少热能损失0.67~2.26×10^3 kJ。
Based on the analysis of shell framework in present wood drying chamber, some schemes to improve the heat loss of the shell framework were put forward, and each scheme was tested and verified. When the temperature of the drying oven is set on 80℃, compared with current shell framework, the heat loss of the shell framework per cubic meter can reduce by 0.67~2.26×10^3 kJ per hour after optimization.
