我国建设项目各参与主体之间相互独立、缺乏协作,这往往导致资源的无效率使用、大量废物和环境污染问题.绿色供应链管理作为一种全过程的环境管理模式,为绿色建筑的开发和使用提供了一种好的实施途径.应用博弈论分析方法,分析了建筑业绿色供应链构建中主要决策主体业主与总承包商的不同利益动机及博弈行为,通过对所得结论的分析,给出了符合博弈主体经济利益要求的建筑业绿色供应链构建途径.
英文摘要：
Construction industry in China is characterized by fragmentation and poor co-ordination between project participants which leads to inefficiency,waste,and quality and safety problems.Green supply chain management,viewed as a whole course environment management mode,offers a suitable approach to the development and using of green building.Based on game theory,the paper analysed the different intention and game action between client and general contactor in the progress of constructing green supply chain in construction industry.In the conclusion,the author putted forward some methods for greening construction supply chain which can meet the economy needs of the game players.
