Based on the survey data of women in rural areas,this article takes the women in rural area in Quzhou as the research object,depicts the current training situation and future training need,and analyzes the key factors that affect the training need of women in rural areas.The study shows that 87.4% of women in rural areas want to be involved in training in the future.There was a significant negative correlation between the age of women in rural areas and the willingness of training,and the degree of awareness of training policy is positively correlated with training intention.
