在对相关文献进行回顾和分析的基础上,从二元论视角出发,构建外部知识搜索(知识搜索宽度与知识搜索深度)及其二元效应对创新绩效影响的理论框架,探索外部知识搜索(知识搜索宽度与知识搜索深度)及其二元效应对企业创新绩效的作用机理。通过问卷调研获取273家中国企业的调研数据,运用层次回归分析方法验证各项理论假设。结果表明:知识搜索深度与知识搜索宽度的联合维度、知识搜索深度与知识搜索宽度的平衡维度均显著正向线性影响企业创新绩效,外部知识搜索与环境的匹配正向影响企业创新绩效。
On the basis of literature review and analysis, from the perspective of ambidexterity explore the influencing mechanism of external knowledge search (Search breadth and search depth) and its ambidexterity effect on innovation performance. Through a questionnaire survey of 273 Chinese firms, using hierarchical regression analysis method to examine the hypotheses. Research results show that the interactive effect of the depth and the width, with the balance effect of the depth and width, exert significant positive linear effects on innovation performances.
