商业模式是企业制订的经营模型与相应的财务管理方式。不同的企业应研究各自的经营风险,并在不同的市场环境下采取适当的商业模式。我国一些大中城市近年来因产业与就业结构均起变化而诞生了许多比传统小型企业更小的经济组织,即微小型企业。本文就这种超小型企业所面临的特殊经营风险、行业风险、市场环境、企业的市场份额与竞争力,分别在理论与方法论上运用定量、定性指标进行了分析;对微小型企业应相应采取的经营战略及建立相关的商业营运模式进行了初步的探讨。
Business Model is formulated operation model and relevant financial management by enterprise. Different enterprises must evaluate their operation risk, also should choose the proper business model under researching the different market environment. In recent years, both industry and employment structure have been changed so there are lots of microenterprises found which are smaller than traditional small-sized enterprises in medium-large cities in China. Focus on many special challenges those microenterprises faces - such as operational risk, industrial risk, market environment, market share ratio, competition, etc. The author use qualitative & quantitative method and index method to analysis theory & methodology. The author also preliminary discussed how microenterprises to adopt the operation strategies and build up the relevant business model.
