通过综述国内外研究成果,发现影响开发区发展的因素主要包括经济、社会以及环境三大方面,并在此基础上建立了开发区转型升级影响因素的测定指标体系和开发区转型升级水平的测度指标。运用主成分分析法对30项指标进行主成分分析,并对前五个主成分进行命名,分别为技术创新、经济发展、社会体制、生态环境、人力资源;运用多元回归分析方法进一步分析五个主成分与开发区转型升级水平的关系,发现其构成了芜湖经济技术开发区转型升级的影响因素,按照影响程度的高低,依次为技术创新、经济发展、社会体制、人力资源、生态环境。

英文摘要：

Development zone has been under the influence of the factors in the process of transformation and upgrading. It is found that the factors affecting the development of development zone is mainly three aspects including economic,social and environment through review of research results at home and abroad. The article established the index system and index of the transformation and upgrading level. The principal component analysis was carried out on the 30 indicators,and the first five principal components are named respectively as technology innovation,economic development,social system,ecological environment,and human resources; using multiple regression analysis to the five principal components and the relationship between the level of transformation and upgrading of the development zone,it is found that the five principal component factors coustruct the influence factors of the transformation and upgrading of economic and technological development zone in Wuhu city.
