目的研制一种新型葡萄糖电化学生物传感器。方法通过原位化学聚合法制备了多功能纳米金-聚多巴胺-硫堇-石墨烯(Au-PDATHi-GO)功能复合纳米材料,并结合壳聚糖(CS)固定葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)构建电化学葡萄糖生物传感器。结果该传感器对葡萄糖检测的响应电流与其浓度在0.02m M-2.42m M范围内成良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.996,检出限为6.7μm(S/N=3)。结论该方法简单、经济、绿色,并且制备的葡萄糖生物传感器具有灵敏性高、稳定性好和使用寿命长等特点。
OBJECTIVE Development of a novel electrochemical biosensor for the determination of glucose. METHODS A novel electrochemical platform for the high sensitivity detection of glucose was constructed by gold nanoparticles-polydopamine-thionine-graphene oxide( Au – PDA – THi – GO) / chitosan / glucose oxidase( GOD) nanocomposite film modified glassy carbon electrode. RESULTS The present electrochemical biosensor exhibited a wide linear range from 0. 02 m M - 2. 42 m M for detection of glucose,with a detection limit of 6. 7μm( S / N =3). CONCLUSION This method is simple,economic,green,and the prepared biosensor showed high sensitivity long-term stability and good reproducibility.
