睾丸是雄禽最重要的生殖器官,睾丸组织中的神经系统对精子的产生、雄激素的分泌等生殖功能具有十分关键的作用.神经系统通常由大量的神经元构成,突触是神经元之间的接触点,也是信息传递的关键部位.突触传递过程是由神经递质释放并作用于突触后膜完成的.因此,研究家禽睾丸神经递质的种类、分布及其相关功能对进一步了解家禽生殖功能具有十分重要的意义.本文主要概述胆碱能、胺能、肽能以及氨基酸能等神经系统中较为典型的神经递质,为睾丸神经调控方面的研究提供一定的参考资料.
Testis is the most important reproductive organ of male poultry. Nervous system in testicular tissue is crucial and influences spermatogenesis, synthesis of androgen and other reproductive functions. The nervous system is usually composed of bilIions of coupled neurons. The synapse which is the contact point of structure and function between neurons plays the vital role in the information transmission. The transmission process is accomplished by the release of the neurotransmitter which acts on the postsynaptic membrane. Thus, the research of the types, distribution and function of in testis is of great sfgnifieance to further understanding of the reproductive function of poultry. For further studying on nerve innervation mediating studies in testis, this article mainly introduces the typical neurotransmitter in the cholinergic nerve system, amine nervous system, peptide nervous system and amino acid nervous system.
