采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土元素Ce掺杂的BaTi1-xCexO3(x=0.001,0.002,0.005,0.01)陶瓷.研究了Ce掺杂对BaTi1-xCexO3物相结构、晶粒生长和微观结构的影响.结果表明BaTi11-xCexO3为单一钙钛矿结构,随Ce掺杂量增加,晶格参数c/a逐渐减小;在烧结过程中,Ce掺杂可以抑制晶粒生长,有效的控制晶粒尺寸;陶瓷密度随Ce掺杂量增加而逐渐增大,最高可达理论密度的94.1%.
BaTiO3 ceramics doped with 0. 1, 0. 2, 0. 5 and 1 mol% Ce were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of Ce doping on crystal structure, grain growth inhibition and microstructure of Ba- Ti1-xCexO3 ceramics were investigated. The results show that: All the powders calcined at 900 ℃ are perovskite structure with tetragonal phase. The crystal lattice parameters of BaTi1-xCexO3 ceramics are effeeted by the concentration of Ce, and c/a value decreases with increasing Ce-doping level. Homogeneous Ce incorporation in these materials allows a strong inhibition on grain growth. As the doping concentration increase, the grain growth of the BaTi1-xCexO3 ceramics is controlled efficiently.
