设计钢制试件拉伸断裂和疲劳开裂两种损伤过程的声发射监测试验,对采集到的声发射信号进行参数分析,结合红外热成像检测结果,研究声发射信号特征参数与试验过程中试件力学行为之间的相关性。研究结果表明:拉伸断裂和疲劳开裂过程中试件声发射信号的能量、振铃计数、幅值等声发射信号特征参数能够很好地表征试件损伤过程的力学性能演化规律;试件出现损伤时所发出的声发射信号能量幅值主要分布在65-80 dB;声发射技术用于工程结构的健康监测是可行和有效的。
The experiments of acoustic emission(AE) monitoring were designed for several steel specimens. The acquision parameters of AE signal were analyzed. Based on the results of infrared thermographic images, the relationship between characteristic parameters of AE signal and mechanical behavior of the specimens was investigated. The results show that the characteristic parameters including energy, count and amplitude can be used to represent the dynamic evolution of mechanical behavior of steel specimens, and the energy amplitude range of AE signals is mainly from 65 dB to 80 dB. The AE technique can be useful for health monitoring of engineering structures.
