Advanced equipment is an important material foundation of the school teaching and scientific research, is the core of key laboratories of scientific research. Management level of geodetic advanced equipment can indicate whether or not the resource of university is used effectively, and it is also important index for evaluating the situation of teaching and laboratory management. Based on analyzing characters of geodetic advanced equipment, management system is investigated. At the end, sharing management of surveying equipment is discussed and some significant practice experiences are attained.
