The paper proposed an insightful conception of taking large power customers into regional competitive power market and analyzed the engineering feasibility of large user＇s participation in the power market bidding. According to the two core problems of transmission-distribution tariff and cross-subsidization after large user＇s participation in the power market bidding, the paper proposed an idea involving both short-term and long-term consideration. Meantime, the paper putted forwards a solution that large customers should pay the transmission-distribution tariff including ＂additional payments＂ and finally, it also gave a trading rules and algorithm design of large user＇s participation in the power market unified platform bidding.
