The policies related to direct power purchase by large consumers were listed. Based on that, the relevant trading modes were designed, and the tariff calculation model was constructed. Key issues on direct power purchase implementation were discussed, including the generation side entry permission, the consumer side entry permission, power consumption room and generation room for the trading, and electricity quantity balancing. The impact of direct power purchase by large consumers on grid operation was analyzed, and problems in its implementation were illuminated. Relevant suggestions were also proposed.
