为评价重楼地上部分薯蓣皂苷的药用价值,用超声法提取了地上部分的甾体皂苷,采用Venusil XBP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈和水梯度洗脱为流动相,在210 nm波长处检测了薯蓣皂苷含量.结果建立了有效的分离薯蓣皂苷色谱条件,果皮、外种皮、叶片、地上茎、种子提取物中仅叶片、果皮中含有薯蓣皂苷,分别约为8.610 mg/g和4.679 mg/g.说明重楼地上部分的果皮和叶片具有药用开发价值.
To evaluate the medicinal value of the aerial parts of Paris polyphylla,dioscin was extracted from the aerial parts with ultrasonic method and its content was detected with a Venusil XBP C18 chromatographic column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),at the wavelength of 210 nm,using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase for gradient elution. The results indicated that an effective HPLC condition was obtained to extract the dioscin. And the dioscin was only found in the leaves and pericarps among the extracts from pericarps,testa,stems,leaves and seeds,detected as 8. 610 mg / g and 4. 679 mg / g respectively. It was therefore the pericarps and leaves in the aerial parts of P. polyphylla that possessed medicinal development value.
