采用磁力搅拌内循环无梯度反应器,在2 MPa、190-250℃和气体组成(摩尔分率)C2H414%-31%,O23%-8%,CO23%-10%(余为N2)及抑制剂二氯乙烷(EDC)0.1×10^-6-0.5×10^-6条件下,对国产YS-7型银催化剂上乙烯环氧化合成环氧乙烷的宏观动力学特性进行了系统的实验研究.以Levenberg-Marquardt复合法对动力学实验数据进行非线性参数估值,建立了YS-7催化剂的双曲型宏观动力学模型.统计检验结果表明,所建模型良好地吻合了实验结果,是适宜和可信的.
The macro-kinetic experiments of epoxidation of ethylene to form ethylene oxide over a commercial Ag-based catalyst,YS-7,were carried out in a gradientless reactor with internal-recycle under the conditions: 2 MPa,190-250 ℃,feedstock composition(mole fraction) C2H4 14 %-31 %,O2 3 %-8 %,CO2 3 %-10 % and ethylene dichloride(EDC) depressant 0.1×10^-6-0.5×10^-6.With Levenberg-Marquardtl complex optimal method,the hyperbola type macro-kinetic model for YS-7 catalyst was established.Statistical test showed that the. macro-kinetic model developed here for YS-7 catalyst not only agree well with the experimental results, but are highly acceptable and reliable as well.
