电梯是高层建筑必不可少的设备,其拖动系统成为人们研究的对象。本文在研究永磁同步电机的基础上,提出60槽58极和70槽20极两种不同极槽配合的电梯用永磁同步电机,分析两种电机的空载反电势、齿槽转矩,在此基础上,对两种电机的相关损耗进行分析,得出60槽58极永磁同步电机具有齿槽转矩小、损耗小、效率高等优点,在电梯中可得到广泛的应用。
Elevator's driving system was researched as a essential equipment in high-rise building. Based on the study of permanent magnet synchronous motor, two different pole slot( 60 slots 58 poles and 70 slots 20 poles) coordination of permanent magnet synchronous motor which used in elevator were proposed. The load back EMF, cogging torque were analyzed, on this basis, the related loss of the two motors were discussed. The results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor with 60 slots 58 pole has the advantages such as small cogging torque, low loss and high efficiency, is very suitable applied in the elevator.
