内置式永磁电机相比表面式永磁电机具有功率密度高、恒功率运行范围广等优点,但其永磁体置于转子内部,齿槽转矩比表面式永磁电机大.在分析齿槽转矩产生机理的基础上,提出转子齿开辅助槽来减小内置式永磁电机齿槽转矩的新方法.以12槽8极内置式永磁电机为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSOFT分析开槽位置和开槽尺寸对齿槽转矩的影响.研究表明,槽口弧宽为5°、槽深为1.5 mm时,所研究的内置式永磁电机的齿槽转矩最小.
Compared with the SPMSM, the IPMSM has higher torque density, wider range of speed control, but the IPMSM has bigger cogging torque due to its permanent magnets exist inside rotor. Based on generation mechanism of cogging torque, a method of slotting in rotor tooth was proposed to reduce the cogging torque. Taking 12 slots,8 poles IPMSM as ob- ject,the Ansoft software was used to analyze the influence of position and size of slots on cogging torque. The results indicate that this IPMSM has minimum cogging torque,when the notch wide is 5° and the notch deep is 1.5 mm.
