目的：研究深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患儿应用纳米银无菌敷料对治疗效果、起效时间及美观满意度的影响。方法：分析2015年6月至2016年6月本院收治深Ⅱ度烧伤创面100例患儿资料,按给药时所用不同敷料分两组,对照组应用银锌霜敷料,观察组应用纳米银无菌敷料,对比两组治疗效果、起效时间及美观满意度。结果：观察组第7天高热与创面细菌感染率均比对照组低,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且创面的愈合时间比对照组短,给药后第6、10、18天创面愈合概率和美观满意度均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患儿应用纳米银无菌敷料能够减少发热与创面感染发生,提升美观满意度,具一定临床应用与研究价值。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the influence of nano silver sterile dressings on the effects,the onset time and aesthetic satisfaction in pediatric deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds. Methods： The data of 100 cases of children with deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed. All the children were divided into two groups according to the different dressing when administrating.The control group was treated with silver zinc cream dressing,and the observation group was treated with silver nanoparticles dressing. The effects,the onset time and aesthetic satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results： High heat and wound bacterial infection on the 7th day of observation group were lower than the control group. The difference had statistically significance（ P 〈0.05）; And wound healing time was shorter than control group,6,10,18 days after the treatment of wound healing probability and aesthetic satisfaction were higher than the control group,there’s significant difference statistically significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The application of nano silver sterile dressing reduce fever and wound infection deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds,improve aesthetic satisfaction,has certain clinical application and research value.
