High incidence of tuberculosis（TB） has brought enormous assailment to human globally.At present,prevention and treatment of TB have become issues of medical workers＇ concern.Among them,susceptibility to tubercle bacillus in different people has evoked concern of numerous scholars.Host gene polymorphism may affect the recognition,phagocytosis,and killing of tubercle bacillus,subsequently affect the progress,development and result of TB infection.It is thus considered to be the most important intrinsic link between tuberculosis and the host.
