针对自密实混凝土模板侧向压力尚无成熟的计算方法,开展大尺度钢管自密实混凝土侧向压力现场试验。与试验展开对比分析,探讨国内外不同普通混凝土侧向压力计算方法计算自密实混凝土侧向压力的适用性。研究结果表明:自密实混凝土浇注时的最大侧向压力较大,但浇注完成后残余应力较小;在一定的浇注速率下,自密实混凝土浇注高度超过一定值后,最大侧向压力不再增加,保持为定值;自密实混凝土的最大侧向压力可参照JGJ 162—2008《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》推荐的方法进行计算。
To found calculation method of formwork pressure for self-compacting concrete,the field experiment on formwork pressure of large-scale rectangular self-compacting concrete-filled columns was conducted. Compared with test results,the applicability of different calculation methods of normal concrete lateral pressure to the calculation of the lateral pressure of a self-compacting concrete was discussed. The research results showed that the maximum lateral pressure of self-compacting concrete was high while the residual lateral pressure was small; when pouring height exceeded a certain value,the maximum lateral pressure kept constant at fixed pouring rate; the maximum lateral pressure of self-compacting concrete could be calculated according to the method in the Technical Code for Safety of Forms in Construction( JGJ 162- 2008).
