目的探讨癌基因DJ-1在甲状腺癌中的表达效应及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法 (SABC法)检测74例甲状腺癌和10例正常甲状腺组织中DJ-1蛋白的表达,分析DJ-1蛋白在正常甲状腺组织与甲状腺癌之间的表达差异,以及4种甲状腺癌病理类型间的表达差异。结果 DJ-1在正常甲状腺组织中未见表达,而在甲状腺癌中呈显著表达(94.6%);33例乳头状癌中DJ-1全部呈阳性表达(100.0%),19例滤泡癌中有17例呈阳性表达(89.5%),13例髓样癌中有12例呈阳性表达(92.3%),9例未分化癌中有8例呈阳性表达(88.9%)。DJ-1表达水平在甲状腺癌不同病理类型间比较未见统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论癌基因DJ-1特异性表达于甲状腺癌组织中,可能参与甲状腺癌的发生,但与其发展及预后无关。
Objective To investigate the expression of oncogene DJ-1 and its significance in thyroid cancer.Methods The expression of DJ-1 protein in 74 cases of thyroid cancer and 10 cases of normal thyroid tissue were detected by streptavidin-biotin complex method.Results No expression of DJ-1 protein was found in normal thyroid tissue,but it was strongly expressed in thyroid cancer tissue,with a positive expression rate of 94.6%.The positive expression rates of DJ-1 were 100.0% in 33 cases of papillary thyroid cancer,89.5% in 19 cases of follicular thyroid cancer,92.3% in 13 cases of medullary thyroid cancer,and 88.9% in 9 cases of undifferentiated thyroid cancer.No significant difference in the expression of DJ-1 was found among different pathological types of thyroid cancer.Conclusion DJ-1,an oncogene,is expressed specifically in thyroid cancer.It may be involved in the pathogenesis of thyroid cancer,but has no relationship with the development and prognosis of thyroid cancer.
