英文摘要：
Based on the theory of SLA for effective management of tasks, an SLA contract management framework with a coordinator between the resource provider and resource customer was developed. The management strategy for economic grid operation of the framework was proposed, and the performance of the strategy was also studied by numerical simulation. The analysis shows that the strategy prompts the further development of the resource scheduling algorithm of the conventional economic grid, and it makes the resource customer more flexible to adjust the weights between cost and runtime.
