新一轮19省市对口援疆工作启动以来，援疆项目推进顺利，民生建设、产业援疆、智力援疆等方面均取得显著成效，但同时也存在项目建设缺乏统一协调，项目集中进入超出承载能力，民生工程配套设施项目跟进滞后、项目重复建设严重等问题。基于此，该文提出从完善协调机制，加大职业培训力度，推动配套设施建设，加强产业项目合作等方面，推进新一轮援疆工作。

Since the new round of partner assistance started, this project has progressed smoothly and remarkable achievements have gained in industry and intelligence assistance. However, some big problems emerge such as lack of united coordination in construction, overburden of project collective influx, delay of supporting livelihood construction and repeated construction. In light of this, this paper gives suggestions of perfecting the coordinating strategy, improving career training, promoting construction of supporting facilities and strengthening cooperation to deepen the new round of partner asssistance to Xinjiang.
