在构建风机并联运转数学模型的基础上,分析了风机并联运转的等效风阻变化规律。从节能的角度分析了风机总能耗最小的条件。以铜绿山矿井通风系统作为实例,分析了风机工况点变化的规律。研究表明:并联风机的选择需要综合考虑风量、风压和风机之间的匹配关系;并联通风系统中风量调节的难度大;风门或风墙对风流分配的影响巨大;日常通风管理的关键在于风门管理和均衡需风量。
Based on the mathematical model of parallel fan operating, the change law of equivalent wind resistance of parallel fan was analyzed. Condition of minimum fan total energy consumption can be drawn from the point of energy-sav- ing. Taking the mine ventilation system of Tonglushan as an example, the operating point change law of parallel fan is stud- ied. Studies show that: Selection of parallel fan needs to comprehensively consider the matching relationship among the air pressure, the air volume and the parallel fan ; It is very difficult to control air volume in a mine ventilation system of parallel fan;The air door and air partition play an important role in air flow distribution. The key in routine ventilation management lies in the air door and the balanced demand air volume.
