方剂与证候是中医药的重要特色和中心内容。目前,理解中药方剂与病证的生物学基础是中医药现代研究的一个重点,亟需新的研究方法和途径。随着系统生物学等交叉学科的兴起,以生物分子网络为切入点的网络药理学和网络医学有望系统地刻画中医药的整体性特征,从一个新的视角阐释中医证候的生物学基础和中药方剂的药效物质基础。本文将简要介绍中医药与转化医学的研究现状、生物分子网络在该研究领域中的作用及其应用前景。
The formulae and ZHENG/syndromes are the key features of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Cur-rently, new methods and approaches are urgently needed to understand the biological basis of Chinese herbal formulae and ZHENG/syndromes in translational medical research on Chinese medicine. With the launch of system biology, network med-icine and network pharmacology based on bio-molecular networks are expected to systematically describe the hohstic character- istics of Chinese medicine, explain the biological basis of ZHENG/syndromes in Chinese medicine and interpret the material basis for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions from a new perspective. This article will briefly discuss the current state of translational medical research in Chinese medicine, the roles of bio-molecular networks in this research and its prospects for the future application.
