Based on the data of animal husbandry production in Inner Mongolia pastoral area from1998to2015,this paperuses the extended Solow model and CD production function model to study the total factor productivity of sheep industry inInner Mongolia pastoral area under the mechanism of subsidies and incentives of grassland ecology,and analyze the outputelasticity coefficient of input factor,the contribution share of each factor and the scale effect of sheep production in pastoralareas,and evaluating the technical efficiency of sheep production in pastoral area,hoping to provide advice and reference forthe government to formulate the sheep industry policy.
