目的探讨人外周血循环中卵泡抑素(Follistatin,FS)水平的增龄性变化。方法采用实时定量RT-PCR检测不同年龄组健康成年人外周血循环FS mRNA水平。结果循环血中FS mRNA水平与年龄呈正相关,随增龄循环FS mRNA水平也呈增加趋势;健康成年人外周血中FS蛋白水平也与年龄呈正相关,随增龄FS水平也呈增加趋势。结论采用实时定量RT—PCR检测健康成年人外周血循环FS mRNA水平,与检测FS蛋白水平的临床意义一致,而且实时定量RT—PCR更快捷、特异。
Objective To investigate the changes in human peripheral blood circulating follistatin (FS) mRNA with ageing. Methods The levels of circulating FS mRNA in sera of healthy adults were detected by real-time quantitative RT-PCR. Results The circulating FS mRNA levels was positive relation to ageing, and had increase tendency with ageing; and changes of FS protein levels in healthy adults had also a trend to increase with ageing. Condusions The detection of the circulating FS mRNA levels in human sera by real-time RT-PCR might have same clinical significance as that of the mature FS protein in the peripheral blood, and real-time RT-PCR is more quick and specite.
