On the condition of electron-LO-phonon strong coupling, the eigenenergy and eigenfunction of the ground state and the first excited state of the electron in quantum ring are obtained by solving precisely the time-independent Schrodinger equation. Numerical calculations indicate that the quality factors of free rotation decreases with increasing the inner radius (or outer radius) of the quantum ring, and it increases with increasing the electron-LO-phonon coupling strength.
