Game theory widely used in the analysis of market competition. The market com- petition is studied using the game method through establishing the market competition model based on the quadratic transport function. Loosing position constraints of the manufacturers, the market competition space has increased. The result has showed the market environment has intensified the competition between manufacturers when the market position of the two monopoly manufacturers is not limited to the linear distribution space of consumers, but the game equilibrium has still existed. The model is an effective method to study the market competition strategy of the product under the network environment.
