本文以生产要素内部配置结构变动对区域工业企业边际产出弹性影响为基础，建立包含生产要素内部配置结构的柯布一道格拉斯生产函数，对区域工业企业创新效率进行分析。主要结论如下：区域外商投资工业企业比例的增加能快速提升资本边际产出弹性；区域港澳台投资工业企业比例的增加能快速提升劳动力边际产出弹性；劳动者素质、政府资助、基础设施和技术水平变量对工业企业创新效率有不同的影响；后进区域工业企业正在发挥“技术后发优势”，出现了对先进区域工业企业“追赶”的现象。

On the basis of the influence of the change of production factors＇ internal configuration on regional industrial enterprises＇ mar ginal output elasticity, this paper establishes CobbDouglas production function including production factors＇ internal configuration, and aims at analyzing regional industrial enterprises＇ innovation efficiency. It can be concluded as follows： the increasing percentage of re gional foreign capital industrial enterprises can enhance marginal output elasticity of capital rapidly ; the developing proportion of region al Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan capital industrial enterprises can effectively improve marginal output elasticity of labor; the variables of workers＇ capacity, government subsidies, infrastructure and technology have different effects on industrial enterprises＇ innovative effi ciency; the regional industrial enterprises lagging behind play a significant role of technological advantage of backwardness and keep up with the advanced ones.
