利用纤维束筛将一段高浓磨后的半成品化机浆筛分为纤维束和浆A,将纤维束利用PFI磨至不同的游离度回添至浆A,制备化机浆实施化机浆的选择性磨浆。本文研究了这种选择性磨浆对杨木PRC-APMP成纸性能及能耗的影响,结果表明:当纤维束磨浆转数为19 000 r时,二段磨浆能耗降低11.8%,成纸松厚度提高10.8%,但抗张指数下降了10.5%,撕裂指数降低6.1%,内结合强度降低6.8%。
The pulp at first stage refining are divided into shives and pulp A with the use of shives screens, the shives are refined to different freeness by PFI, then backfill the pulp B into pulp A in proportion, the effects of selective refining on the paper properties and energy of refining were analyzed. The results showed that: when the shives are grounded to 19 000 r, energy of refining decreased by 11.8%, paper bulk increased by 10.8%, while the tensile intensity, tear index and internal bonding strength decreased by 10.5%, 6.1% and 6.8%.
