基于广州某高层建筑结构,提出一种变截面钢-混凝土组合加腋梁型钢柱节点,解决了常规加强型节点构造复杂的问题.以1:2的缩尺模型,对钢-混凝土组合加腋梁型钢柱节点进行试验研究,研究其传力机理、力学性能、破坏特性.试验结果表明该节点极限承载力是设计荷载的2.26倍,在设计荷载阶段试件处于弹性状态,节点满足设计承载力和刚度要求;荷载位移曲线表明节点具有较好的延性;通过设置梁端加腋实现了梁端塑性铰外延的设想,该塑性铰并有足够的转动能力,满足设计的延性要求.
According to a high rising building in Guangzhou, a new joint of steel-concrete composite beam with variable cross section haunch and steel reinforced concrete (SRC) column, the issue of complex construction of normal strengthened joint was solved. A 1 : 2 scale model specimen was selected and experiment was carried out to study the force transference, mechanical performances and failure characteristics of the joints. Experimental results show that the ultimate capacity of the joint is 1.26 times of design load, under design load the specimen is under elastic state, the joint can meet the requirements of design capacity and rigidity; load-displacement curves show that the joint holds good ductility; the plastic hinge at the end of the beam is extended outside the joint region by adopting variable cross section haunch, the plastic hinge holds enough rotate capability and meet the ductile requirements.
