石墨等体积替代矿粉对沥青混合料性能影响研究

以AC-20为例,在不明显改变其级配的情况下,开展动稳定度、冻融劈裂以及低温弯曲试验,分析石墨等体积替代部分矿粉后,沥青混合料的高、低温性能及水稳性的变化。试验结果表明,石墨等体积代替后可改善沥青混合料的高温性能,降低低温和水稳性能,建议其替代量为20%~55%。

Take AC- 20 as an example,dynamic stability,freeze- thaw splitting as well as low temperature bending tests were conducted in the case of no obvious change of its gradation to check the high and low temperature performance and water stability of asphalt mixture performance changes,when graphite replaced the same volume part of the mineral powder. Test results indicated that replacing same volume mineral powder with graphite could improve the high- temperature performance of asphalt mixture but reduce low temperature performance and water stability,so the suggested substitution proportion should be 20% ~ 55%.
