对GFRP筋混凝土板和钢筋混凝土板进行试验,通过对比两者的抗弯性能,为GFRP筋混凝土桥梁面板的设计和应用提供依据。同等条件下,GFRP筋板带的极限承载力比钢筋板带小10%左右。由于GFRP筋是没有屈服点的弹性材料,其弹性模量约为普通钢筋的1/5,因此GFRP筋板的破坏模式、裂缝、变形、混凝土和筋材应变的特性不同于钢筋板。根据现行设计规范,GFRP筋板的承载力往往由正常使用极限状态决定,比较试验结果与现行规范设计值表明,受剪承载力、最大裂缝宽度和跨中最大挠度的设计公式需要加以修正。
The differences between the concrete bridge deck slabs reinforced with GFRP bars and the concrete bridge deck slabs reinforced with steel bars are investigated by the experiments to study the design methods and application of GFRP reinforcement.The test results indicated thai the ultimate loads of GFRP slabs are less than slabs reinforced with steel by about 10%.Because GFRP bar is elastic without yield points, whose elastic modulus is about 1/5 of steel bar's, the failure modes, crack pattems, deflection and strains of concrete and reinforcement in two structural components are significantly different.Therefore,the bearing capacity of GFRP slabs is often decided by serviceability limit.It shows that formulas for shear capacity, crack width and deflection need to be corrected for more reasonable estimation, when comparing the test results with the design results according to code GB50010-02 and code ACI440.1R-06.
