多种疾病可以导致心肌胰岛素抵抗,同时心肌胰岛素抵抗是多种心血管疾病的共同病理生理基础,但是,心肌胰岛素抵抗的早期干预仍旧是一个医学难题。在对心肌胰岛素抵抗发病机制的研究过程中发现,多条胰岛素相关信号通路参与了心肌胰岛素抵抗,而一些微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)分子,可以对信号通路中的部分信号分子产生影响,从而加速或者减缓疾病的进程,相关miRNA的研究,为心肌胰岛素抵抗乃至心血管疾病的早诊断、治疗提供了新靶点。
Many kinds of diseases can lead to cardiac insulin resistance,at the same time cardiac insulin resistance is the common pathological basis of multiple cardiovascular diseases,but it is difficult to be found in the early time. In the process of studying the mechanisms of cardiac insulin resistance,we found many insulin related pathways participate the development of cardiac insulin resistance,and many microRNAs can influence some signal molecules to accelerate or inhibit the process of diseases. The research of related microRNA may provide new molecular targets for relevant diagnosis and treatments.
