提出了可靠供电岛方案,描述了其在保障可靠供电、高质量供电以及促进配电网智能化方面的优越性。以双电源、双负荷可靠供电岛为研究对象,首先给出了方案的拓扑结构,提出了控制策略,并建立了其数学模型。理论分析表明,该控制策略普适于可靠供电岛运行于不同工况,具体控制时仅可控量设定数值不同而控制策略无须切换。其次根据所提控制策略,详细设计了岛内各变换器的控制方式。最后在不同工况下仿真验证了可靠供电岛功能的可实现性,进一步表明了基于所提控制策略的可靠供电岛方案在保障可靠供电和高质量供电方面的有效性。
This paper presents a reliable power supply island scheme, which has the advantages of not only providing highly reliable and high quality power, but also promoting the intelligence of distribution network. Taking the reliable power supply island with double sources and double loads as an example, this paper firstly proposes the topology of the scheme, expounds the control strategy and establishes its mathematical model. Theoretical analysis shows that except for value setting of the controllable quantity, no switching control strategy is required when reliable power supply island operates in different working conditions. Secondly, based on the control strategy, this paper designs the specific control mode for every converter in detail. Finally, a simulation model is built to test the realizability of reliable power supply island under different working conditions. Simulation results also show that the scheme can guarantee supply of highly reliable and high quality power.
