针对重要负荷高可靠和高品质供电需求,提出并设计了一种可靠供电岛方案,包括电源侧电能控制器、负荷侧电能控制器、母线电能控制器、应急电源系统、交流母线和直流母线等部分,可以实现多电源无缝转换供电、电源潮流有效控制、负荷电力定制供给、应急电源无缝并网、母线电量始终平稳等功能。全面阐述可靠供电岛的基本结构和工作原理,给出双电源带双负荷供电、采用三相四线制接线、高速电子开关替代LPC、储能系统接于直流母线、采用互备式双交流母线等5种不同可靠性等级的应用实例,并对工业设备供电、信息设备供电、安全应急供电、重要场合保电等4种典型应用场景进行分析。研究表明,可靠供电岛是一种提高供电可靠性和改善电能质量的综合性解决方案。
To meet the demands of the high reliability and high quality power supply of many important loads, we proposed and designed a new power supply solution called high reliable power supply island. The power supply island is comprised of source power controller, load power controller, bus power controller, emergency power supply, AC bus, and DC bus. And it can realize many functions, for example, multiple power sources can seamlessly switch, source power flow can be effectively controlled, load power supply can be artificially improved, emergency power supply can be seamlessly connected, and bus power parameters remain stable throughout. Moreover, we systematically expounded the basic structure and working principle of the high reliable power supply island firstly. Then, we presented five application examples having different reliability levels, such as double power sources with double loads, three-phase four-wire connection mode, high-speed electronic switch as an alternate, energy storage system connected to DC bus, double AC bus being mutual standby. Finally, we analyzed four typical application scenarios about industrial equipment power supply, information equipment power supply, safety emergency power supply and important occasion security power. Research shows that the high reliable power supply island is a comprehensive solution to increase power supply reliability and improve power quality.
