目的 探讨外周血中HnRNP A2／B1表达及其在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法 采用特异性HnRNP A2／B1检测60例肺癌患者外周血中HnRNP A2／B1的表达。结果 RT—PCR结果显示，60例肺癌患者外周血中49例HnRNP A2／B1 mRNA表达阳性，HnRNP A2／B1 mRNA半定量值0.657±0．326；对照组30例中3例阳性，半定量值0．159±0．286，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。检测外周血HnRNP A2／B1 mRNA诊断肺癌的敏感性81％。特异性90％。结论 肺癌患者外周血中HnRNP A2／B1表达增高，外周血检测HnRNP A2／B1在诊断肺癌中具有较高的敏感性和特异性。

Objective To study the expression of heter ogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1（HnRNP A2/ B1） in serum and evaluate its sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The expression of HnRNP A2/B1 in serum was detected by RT-PCR method in 60 patients with lung cancer and 30 normal controls using specific primers of HnRNP A2/B1.
