基于中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey,CLHLS)2002年、2005年和2008年的队列数据,研究了体育锻炼、读书看报和社会活动参与等三种生活习惯干预对缓解老年人认知能力下降的效果。首先对倾向值匹配后的2002年样本进行横向研究,初步发现干预后MMSE得分相对有所提高,以上三种生活习惯干预对老年人认知能力改善有一定作用;再对2002年、2005年和2008年的相关数据进行纵向研究,发现以上三种生活习惯干预有助于缓解老年人认知能力下降,并有显著统计意义。
With Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS) queue data in 2002, 2005 and 2008, this paper analyzes whether fitness intervention, brain health and social intervention could effectively mitigate the fact of cognitive decline in the elderly.Firstly, we horizontally study the related samples in 2002 with propensity score matching, after which we have found three kinds of intervention method above contribute greatly on elderly cognitive function with improving the average MMSE scores;Then we study the related samples in 2002,2005 and 2008 vertically,and find that three kinds of intervention above could help mitigate the decline trend of elderly cognitive function with significantly statistics meaning(P〈0.05).
