【目的】了解和保护峨毛茶大茶树资源。【方法】采用ISSR技术对云南峨毛地区的5份茶样资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系进行研究。【结果】结果表明:5份峨毛茶样共扩增出94条清晰的DNA条带,其中多态性带73条,占77%,遗传相似系数介于0.45~0.64之间,表明来自同一地区的峨毛茶之间已经产生遗传分化。【结论】利用823引物构建了5份峨毛茶的指纹图谱,为今后峨毛茶的鉴定提供了参考。
【Objective】The aim of the study was to know and protect the large tree resources of Emao teas.【Method】The genetic diversity and genetic relationship of five Emao tea samples from Yunnan were analyzed by ISSR technology.【Results】The results showed that 94 clear DNA bands in Emao tea were obtained through amplification.73 bands of them were polymorphic and the average polymorphism rate was 77%.The genetic similarity coefficient was between 0.45and0.64,indicating that there was genetic diversity in Emao teas.【Conclusion】The fingerprint of five teas was constructed using the ISSR primer of 823,which can provide a molecular biology method for the identification of Emao teas.
