企业自主创新能力薄弱已成为我国经济可持续发展的束缚。论文从企业自身因素出发，基于知识和技术学习的视角和相关理论，对造成我国制造企业自主创新能力缺失的成因进行了深层次剖析，并指出企业要提高自主创新能力，需要改变自身的技术学习模式，将基于科学的学习和基于经验的学习有机结合起来，并根据外部环境的变化适时调整这两种学习战略。该研究对我国制造企业实现从引进模仿走向自主创新的能力跨越具有一定指导意义。

英文摘要：

Weakness of independent innovation capability in Chinese enterprises has become a shackle for the state＇s sustainable economic development. From the perspective of micro enterprise level and based on theories of knowledge and technology leaming, this paper analyzes the underlying causes for the lack of independent innovation capability in Chinese enterises and indicates that firms should upgrade and change their technological learning modes by combing the science-based learning and experience-based learning, and adjust the two learning strategies in time according to the external environmental change in order to enhance their independent innovation capability. This study may provide certain guidance for chinese manufacturing enterprises to realize the transitioning from imitation to the capability of independent innovation.
