通过对国外高校图书馆同伴教育的实践进展进行梳理,发现图书馆同伴教育包含同伴咨询与同伴培训两项内容,并经历了同伴指导阶段到同伴学习阶段的转变。国外图书馆同伴教育的实践经验可概括为:重视同伴的力量、准确定位同伴的角色、了解学生群体的特征、形成科学的规则、加强监测与评估等,这对于我国高校图书馆的服务创新有借鉴意义。
By analyzing practices and processes of peer service of foreign academic libraries, we found two types of services which are peer consulting and peer instruction, both went through the transformation from peer tutoring stage to peer learning stage. The experience of foreign peer service inspired significantly for academic Libraries in china, especially in the areas of attention to peer power, accurate positioning, understanding the characteristics of students, and forming scientific rules.
