影响圆筒型永磁直线电机性能的关键因素是气隙磁场的大小。利用有限元软件Ansys分析了三种不同充磁方式动子结构圆筒型永磁直线电动机在无槽和开槽时的气隙磁场磁密大小和波形。在其它结构参数不变时,分析了极弧系数、永磁体厚度和气隙大小随气隙磁密大小变化规律。得出了在相同条件下,轴向充磁和Halbach充磁方式气隙磁密大、变化范围广、受开槽影响小而径向充磁方式气隙磁密小,变化范围窄,波形畸变率高。得到的规律为动子选择和电机设计提供了依据。
The key factor that impact the performance of tubular permanent magnet linear motor is the size of air-gap magnetic field. In this paper, the air-gap magnetic fields of TPMLM with three different magnetizing structures are analyzed by finite-element software of Ansys. The flux density magnitude and waveforms of the air-gap magnetic fields of the slotless and slotted motors are analyzed. Under the condition that other parameters are invariant, this paper have analyzed the regularity of the air-gap flux density varied along with the magnitude of polar arc factor, the thickness of permanent magnet, and the size Of air gap. The analysis shows that the axially-magnetized motor and Halbach magnetizing motor have the characteristics of larger magnitude and wider variation range of air-gap flux density and smaller effect by slotting, and the radially-magnetized motor has the reverse characteristics of smaller magnitude and narrower vari- ation range of air-gap flux density and larger waveform distortion rate under the same conditions. The obtained regularity can be used to choose the mover and design the TPMLM.
