为了改善多脉波整流装置的电气性能,提出了一种用于24脉波整流的圆形移相变压器。该移相变压器采用类似感应电机的圆形铁芯结构,磁路结构更加紧凑、对称,绕组设计更加简单。导出了圆形移相变压器的电压方程,仿真分析了不同气隙长度下变压器内部磁场的特点。通过实验验证了圆形移相变压器的有效性。实验结果表明:将圆形移相变压器应用于24脉波整流时,能有效抑制整流装置对输入电流的谐波干扰。
In order to improve the electrical performance of multi-pulse rectifier,a round-shaped phase-shift transformer applied in 24-pulse rectifier is proposed.The iron core of this phase-shift transformer is round-shaped.The magnetic circuit of this transformer is more symmetrical and the winding design is simpler compared with normal phase-shift transformers for rectifier.A voltage equation of the phase-shift transformer is deduced.Characteristics of internal magnetic field under different air gaps are analyzed by simulation.The validity of the phase-shift transformer is verified by experiments,and the harmonic interference of input current is effectively reduced by applying this transformer in 24-pulse rectifier.
