针对水中微量溴酸盐的测定问题,建立了一种用苯酚为衍生试剂、用HPLC-UV检测的柱外衍生测定方法.本方法的检出限为0.82μg·L^-1,在溴酸根浓度为5-50μg·L^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9986).测定系列溴酸根浓度的相对偏差(RSD)均小于5%,样品加标平均回收率为99.8%-110.9%.
A new method for the determination of trace bromate in water is introduced using phenol derivatization followed by HPLC-UV detection.The detection limit of this method was 0.82 μg·L^-1.The method shows an acceptable linearity in the concentration range from 5 to 50 μg·L^-1(R2=0.9986).The relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 5% and the average recovery was 99.8%~110.9%.
