随着新型电源和负荷的大规模接入,现代电力系统面临比以往更多的不确定性,传统的以经济性、安全性和可靠性为主导的电力系统评价体系亟需补充与完善。首先,分析了电力系统均匀性问题产生的原因及研究的必要性,并对均匀性、安全性和可靠性之间的区别与联系进行了阐述。其次,分别从电网规划、运行和管理3个方面,归纳和总结了电力系统均匀性分析与优化方法。然后,介绍了现有的电网运行均匀性评价指标,并对其优缺点进行了分析。最后,介绍了我国电网的均匀性需求与实践,并阐述电力系统均匀性分析领域有待进一步研究和解决的关键问题。
With the large-scale access of new energy and load, modern power systems are faced with much more uncertainties than ever. Conventional power system evaluation system led by "economy, security and reliability" is in urgent need of complement and improvement. This paper first analyzes the cause and necessity of power system homogeneity research, and clarifies the relationships 5mong homogeneity, security, and reliability. Then, the analysis and optimization method of power system homogeneity in grid planning, operation, and management are reviewed respectively. After that, the existing homogeneity evaluation indices of power system operation are introduced and appraised. At last, this paper introduces the homogeneity requirements and practices in our national grid, and illustrates the further considerations needed in power system homogeneity evaluation and optimization.
