胰岛素样生长因子I是1种具有促进动物生长发育和繁殖的的肽类物质。动物要达到正常的性成熟和生殖能力则需要适当的IGF-Ⅰ水平。睾丸是雄性动物的重要生殖器官,为了探讨IGF-Ⅰ基因对于雄性动物睾丸组织发育的影响,本实验采用Real Time RT-PCR方法研究了IGF-Ⅰ基因在军牧1号白猪不同发育阶段睾丸组织的表达规律。结果表明:IGF-Ⅰ在不同发育阶段的睾丸组织中均表达,但是各个不同发育时期的表达量差异显著,六月龄时(性成熟阶段)表达量最高。本研究为深入探讨IGF-I基因调控动物繁殖机能以及在生产中如何提高家猪的繁殖力奠定了分子生物学基础。
IGF-Ⅰ is a kind of the peptide,promoting animal growth and reproduction.To achieve normal sexual maturation and reproductive capacity,Animals require the appropriate level of IGF-I.Testis is an important reproductive organ of male animals.This experiment stady the expression of IGF-Ⅰ in tesficular tissue at different derelpmental stage of Jun Mu No.1 Pig,by using the real-time quantitative RT-PCR technique.The results indicated that,IGF-Ⅰ at different developmental stages were expressed in testis,but the expression of different developmental stages were significantly different amount,the expression level reach to maximize when six months(sexual maturity).This study will lay the foundation for the further research of the regulation and function of IGF-I gene of animal breeding,furthermore the Jun Mu No.1 Pig in the production of how to improve the basis of their reproductive capacity.
